description
Celica LB Turbo debuted and won in the 1977 German National Championship with 560HP, beating pedigree German competition including Porsches. Tamiya's model is essentially the Countach CS chassis (Duplo/sponge tyres, 540 mid-mounted motor) with a new body. Going by its higher popularity on the RC racetracks of the late 70s (yes I lived through those times), the Celica was possibly a better handler of the 2.(Description originally entered by Pandabear)
