Hi guys, my son`s HB is still in good shape. Survived a few nasty crushes. We run a few laps on a tarmac track last weekend and tires show quite a lot of wear. So I am lookin for a on road tire set. Carson all terrain set looks ok, but I would prefer something with less profile. Any suggestions? Cheers

Hi NielsVV! Yes it is durable. Me and my son haven't broke anything and we had a few crashes. For steering you don't need very strong servo. ESC is included in a kit! You can modify included plastic lights to fit LEDs in them (https://www.tamiyausa.com/articles/feature.php?article-id=475#.WJRrcDh3B8M), or you can just add a light bar on the roof if you decide to run a holiday buggy body.

Thanks. Yes, decals were a big pain in the A**. I expected decals to be precut. It was painfull process and yes, fender decals were the hardest to apply. I used scalpel knife and scisors for cutting them and lots of glass cleaner for applying. It turned out very nice so it was worth the time.

OK, me and my little boy have finished the build. It was fun and with almost no problems (some screws were really hard to tighten?!). At the end we used a Carson Servo CS-6 MG (Waterproof),Turnigy 3A UBEC with Low Voltage Buzzer, stock motor and ZIPPY Compact 2200mAh 2S 35C Lipo Pack. Everything work nice and car drives really well. I am very happy. Battery laaaasts so long, that I do not need another one and stock motor on 2S is really FAST! Great car for great price.

I am from Slovenia. By HK I meant Hobbyking. Sorry for the confusion

Thanks guys. You are very helpful. Yes, I think pack, that will give me 60 mins of driving would be enough. I use strong servos in my crawlers, but this one doesnt need so much torque I think. What would be a good cheap servo for this model (from HK)? And which BEC should I use for this car (also HK)?
