LongRat 616 Posted July 21, 2016 I'm sure the performance will be right there but those wheels are plain nasty in that toy-grade grey colour. And why not paint the driver for the marketing pics? That's just Laxial.
wolfdogstinkus 1893 Posted July 21, 2016 Do the wheels fall off when you crash it?

LongRat 616 Posted July 22, 2016 I thought the implication was that the glow in the dark helmet was in addition to a standard one, which came unpainted. I guess it is cool enough but another 'toyish' quality. This truck would look really good on a fat set of alloy wheels to the same design. The Traxxas Stampede is a great runner but there is no escaping that it's an independent suspension truck that looks and runs nothing like the real thing, so this Axial machine is filling a gap. -Just watched the Axial video. So well done. Now I want to buy one. All you need is a set of red LEDs behind the lights and a flag out the back and it is ready to roll.
backtomyroots 432 Posted July 24, 2016 Well, maybe they will have some more Monster Jam trucks in the future. This is a far more realistic version than the Traxxas versions, which they didn't seem to hold the licensing long for.
JoFan 118 Posted July 28, 2016 Already have one. Just converted my AX10 Deadbolt,a couple of weeks ago. Going after that dual pad slipper, though. This one can't take a Sidewinder 3 and 4600 kv motor.
