Hieroglyphics written in Sand Scorcher box lid?

My Sand Scorcher (re-re) arrived today and I noticed inside the lid there's some pen markings:

Not seen this before and can't work out what it's for - checklist for parts picking? Same person seems to have wrote "105" on the "ESC included" sticker on the front of the box (for the TEU-105bk I guess).

Any ideas?

I recalled this has occurred before and the MI6 and CIA through its water boardind technic have concluded is the production run of sort. The writing indicate May 5 and 3606.
