  1. Just been listed on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/334050886340
  2. I have a Taisan Porsche TA02SW and considering selling to purchase a buggy to drive around the beaches of Cornwall (the porsche is not suited to this!). I would keep the current motor, radio gear, servo and speed controller but could provide the original silver can and mechanical speed controller. I also have original wheels. I Just wondered if there would be much interest as I believe they are becoming rare?
  3. What sort of body do I need to get to ensure if fits the chassis? Is is just a case of comparing body measurements against the chassis or do I look for one specifically designed for TA02SW?
  4. Perfect answer thank you. Re the upgrade I had read that I may have to be careful how powerful a motor I put in as the gearboxes may not survive new brushless motors. Thoughts? What about the older type motors - I was looking at Sport Tuned, GT Tuned and Superstock. I assume superstock is the quickest.
  5. Hi I recently bought a Taisan Porsche 911 GT2 from a work colleague pretty cheaply. The car is original and has been painted to the original box design. I took it out for a spin and it seems to run fine. Having done a bit of research it looks like they can be quite sought after but I haven't seen a recent sale of a built car in used condition (it is not pristine but there is no damage). Does anyone have an opinion on value? I am enjoying driving it and have bought a new battery pack and ESC as the original was mechanical. I am also considering upgrading the motor at some point. Am I committing some sort of R/C Car blasphemy by upgrading and driving the car? - is it really worth that much or shall I just go ahead and enjoy! Opinions welcomed.
