Thanks for the tip on the 3racing part. Now how about the ball connectors - will the thread on these fit http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti00...=LXMFX6&P=7? Farzad

Hello Grubby, I am fortunate enough to have a Rough Rider (bubby champ) on order. After I build the kit and enjoy the nostalgia of its bounciness, I would like to improve the ride and so was looking to purchase your coilover kits. Are you still making them? I will also send a pm to you now. Thank you. Farzad

Thanks! Then I am going with PS-30 brilliant blue..

Can anyone tell me which PS blue is called out in the manual for the Esso Supra body? Thank you.

Thanks for telling the story here and taking me back to ... 1981 - hey where did all those years go About that servo saver - the tip portion (containing the ball studs) can break off pretty easily during a frontal hit, when the chassis bends back, also leaving a bruise on the receiver box! Run it gently and it will keep you smiling.

Sorry, by humppack I meant the same configuration as in the original Tamiya pack, which is the same as in the image that Badboy posted. -

You could just have Mike at www.cheapbatterypacks.com make you a custom humpback for a very reasonable price. -
Would you sell one of them?
-
Very nice set you have there but that's too many - likely too much money for me. These are getting more expensive NIB - so I am just going to have to find a gentle runner.

I have one with the Lotus Exige body - looks great and is easy to drive straight out of the box. It seems fairly sturdy, though I have broken a few typical suspension parts, all of which were quickly replaced through RCMarket in HK. I plan to run it in an ABC Hobby Genetic series race soon! Farzad

Alternative Body Shell For Baja Champ Or Baja King

Thanks for the suggestions - I will check with a few LHSs but I am not hopeful since they don't seem to carry much Tamiya RC around here (Los Angeles.) Farzad -

Thanks for checking. I have been looking through my stuff and remembered I had an RC10 body lying around somewhere! I am going to see if I can find it, and then hopefully it will fit ok.
