How could I remove old CA glue from FRP chassis? (Bad Pic)

Found this horror under the battery holder. What to do to remove it?

Acetone normally dissolves CA-glue and shouldn't attack FRP. I say "shouldn't" as I reckon it might depend on the exact composition of the FRP and on how long you expose it to acetone, but you could try a tiny area first to check if it's safe.

Done a tentative with acetone... in the next days I will go for the "magic potion".

its good stuff - same as they use in A&E departments when people have superglued their fingers together .
