  1. Here's the correct JJ video ..
  2. A video from the man himself. Oops, wrong video - Thi for the Optima Mid 60th , not the JJ . I can't figure out how to edit and remove the video link , so I'll post the correct video in another post .. sorry.
  3. Nice - I have a Schumacher ProCat to build as well. I hope your motor turns up soon and safe.
  4. Yes, I find David's videos always excellent. It seems that this is def a buggy made for a purpose . Like you I'm never going to run it within an inch of its life, I just like to have a Yokomo RC based on a winner from that time period, and that looks good .. not like those horrid forward cab things that they run now. I have nice vintage Yokomo motor to use in it too.
  5. A freshly built Nichimo Midships - I got this as mint unbuilt kit and decided it needed to be released from the box.
  6. I've ordered one from AmazonJapan. Let's see how long it takes to get here.
  7. David at KaiCity RC mentioned something in his build video - apparently the vintage instructions give a better explanation and tips for the assembly of the sway bar stoppers . If you go to the Yokomo site you can see the old instructions.
  8. Those are the ones I have Robert. Thanks for th effort getting these done mate.
  9. Looking forward to the outcome, as I have the same kit to finish. How did the hunt for a body painter go?
  10. Body done , and now living on the chassis .. for the moment. I still want to clean up the body posts a little.
  11. Thanks - yes Corsa grey. This one of my favourite smaller "hot" racers from back in the day.
  12. Nichimo The Midships - again unassembled. Another Nichimo I never thought I would see , let alone own. The blister holding down the heavier metal parts has come loose over the years, so I intend to build this one . I placed the loose parts are all in a zip lock bag, so all parts to assemble this unusual beauty are all accounted for.
