ChrisRx718 4470 Posted February 10, 2016 I immediately thought of the Tamiya wheelie models after seeing this video, such are the proportions! It looks so much fun though. I reckon with enough commitment you could make it do a wheelie?! https://youtu.be/3j7n00Xx38o
markbt73 5316 Posted February 10, 2016 I saw an article about that thing yesterday... http://truckyeah.jalopnik.com/the-russians-make-the-best-truck-in-the-universe-for-5-1758030433 Looks like an absolute hoot to drive! I hadn't seen that video; it's fun to watch them "drift." If you were to do an RC one (and I sincerely hope someone will, or I might), it would have to be skid-steer, and amphibious.
Sayer 742 Posted February 10, 2016 Funny this popped up in my Facebook feed yesterday courtesy of Top Gear, and I thought the same thing.
beefmuffin 1156 Posted February 11, 2016 Proportions are perfect for the GF-01 chassis. And the body is all angular... I bet there are a few dudes or dudettes here who could fabricate that body from raw materials easily!
mr crispy 2293 Posted February 11, 2016 Tamiya need a skid steer chassis in their range! Can't see it working too well on any traditional steering chassis, not retaining the crazy large wheels and proportions.
