Welcome Naoto!

Mr T did say last year they were focusing TRF on touring cars and not off-road for the near future, hence Lee Martin seeking other sponsors. That does not mean we won't see a re-focus at any time. Tamiya are not the only company recently to cut pro drivers etc.. Durango no longer has any off-road pro drivers and are re-focusing development and effort into club racing.. something I find very cool. Granted they are still going to be producing quality racing products and that's something I'd like to see Mr T do also.

It's fair enough not to have an off-road team, but still make a high end 'club' products please :)

He's only driving touring cars, so it's doubtful.

Dorvack.

Interesting, this guy can drive the wheels off anything (especially 1/12 obviously)

3 years ago I met and talked to him at the iiC indoor carpet event held annually here in Las Vegas, He is a cool kid and a beast on the track. In the A main 1/12 he made up 6 spots and almost took the win. I think he will be great for TRF. Will he race more than just T/C's is up to Tamiya. It seems many of the top racers are now using different companies depending on the scale/chassis types. I would love to see him go TRF offroad, but it's doubtful since he was so close to Yokomo. So I agree Dorvack..
