Process for adding / submitting missing Tamiya model ?

Hi, Site usage question: I've been trying to realise if there is any specific process set for doing this, or if there's anything obvious that I'm supposed to do that I haven't seen?

I would simply like a model to be added which used to be in the list, but isn't there any more. It is rare, yes, but it is indeed a specific and known Tamiya model, and I want to be able to use it to add a model to my showroom. Just picking "any Tamiya model not listed" would of course work, but it's a shame to hide a pretty unique car in this big category..

I have sent an email to the info address, and also created a support ticket. Haven't heard anything or got any kind of response back though. What should I do?
