Has anyone here tried the ss tronixs or servanaught sound and light systems, with the wireless trailer units for the lights.
-
Hey matman That price is great that is an awesome truck. I hear that ss-tronix is another option for sound light combos, my mate says it is about 100 dollars AUD and he was getting it from W.A. For starters i thought the tamiya Bull Bar was reasonable, if you go an MFC go the MFC-01 it is a more gruntier sound imho desined for the USA Trucks. I have just changed my 8 drive tyres to the more chunky looking tyres, i may look at going for the super singles for the front wheels and tyres. I also like the aluminium fuel tank but the price may stop me for a while. Enjoy building it is half the fun, let us know how you go and what you decide. Patrick.

Hey guys has anyone built a taut liner b-double i'm looking for some info on how to build one.
-
Hey Backlash how did you keep the styrene upright with the mfu on it. I've tried a light sheet of aluminium but it keeps bending back. Can you bend it to make a lip to screw through.
-
Hi Backlash thanks for that I have been looking all over the web for idea'sand found a site with aluminium bumpers to suit the king hauler it has three lights on either side. It costs about 50 bucks.

hey guys, I was able to get the king hauler instead of the grand hauler. I got the tanker and mfc -03 and the radio. My mate got the Scania 620 and the tanker. we also got the trailer lights, are we able to add a reversing light to the wiring harness as I've seen in some u-tube video's. Can i add one to the king hauler as well?
-
hey guys i have finally put a deposit on a truck, I've bought the Grand Hauler and the petrol tanker. I am going to use the MFC-03 and the standard 4ywd radio/ receiver. I also talked a mate into getting a truck so he's getting the MAN TGX and the petrol tanker and everything the same as me. Can I say if you guys want a really good deal on anything like this I would highly recommend you talk to Scott :sales@rchobbyzone.com.au he's in South Australia. phone no. 08 83268760 . He was very helpful and I will deal with him again.
