Today i started on my ols usa-1 to make it electric, i sold today my nitro engine, painted the worn silver rims to tamiya white (as it should on a usa-1) and removed anyting nitro related (gas tank, brake etc,) im going to order a new servo an the trackstar waterproof 1/8 120A kit from hobby king, i will test is i go for 2, 3 or even 4S power. i will follow this example: http://www.rcmt.net/forums/showthread.php?18961-look-what-Artie-wants-me-to-ship-to-him-_-(brushless-nitro-USA1-2 ok some pics!! first im of for a short hollyday, and will order tomorrow so i see you in a week or so

anyone knows the ball size in the diffs? i want to rebuild them and use some hardened balls from ebay

3mm, check the difference with the steering plate its more durable then the stock one, and i don;t want it to be to tuff, better brake the free shock tower made of scrap then the plastic hub its assembled to
-
10.5 tekin redline, strange thing is it looks slower on video then it is, super far receiver power from the hobbyking receiver made a new shock tower today, nothing fancy, delete the bodyclip post, bigger "hole"for easy body removal etc. thicker carbon and extra material under the screws:
