ddaenen1 278 Posted September 29, 2014 How many turns can the TBLE-02 take? edit: nevermind, just looked it up. It cannot take my Tamiya Transpeed MS motor. Is there a Tamiya ESC that can? Share this post Link to post
IBIFTKH 1369 Posted September 29, 2014 Tamiya USA site says silver can or Sport Tuned, 25 turns or higher. It's supplied with a Torque Tuned motor in the GF-01 kit so obviously it's fine with that too. For brushless they say 10.5T or higher, sensored only. Hope this helps, Rob Share this post Link to post

IBIFTKH 1369 Posted November 1, 2014 The Bowler Wildcat body, SRB exhaust and SRB spare wheel from the previous post are still available.I also have this Wild Willy M38 body for sale. I originally bought it for a project which went in a different direction so now it's spare. The old paint was stripped off, then it was re-assembled and re-painted. It's a mixture of old and new parts. Most of the body parts are original as far as I know - shell, windshield & brackets, roll bar, spare wheel and fuel can. I replaced one of the front inner wings and the tailgate because they were damaged. The front grill is an aftermarket part, plastic and much chunkier than the original. The grill mounting tabs (underside of the bonnet) were broken and had to be removed to fit the grill. Wild Willy himself, the steering wheel & column, the winch and spotlight covers are all new parts. The roll bar is scuffed in places and there is a small crack by one of the small tailgate screws.Sold. Cheers, Rob Share this post Link to post

They've been fitted to a chassis but never run. Sold. Sand Scorcher headlight lenses, light buckets etc. Light buckets have been drilled for LED fitting. Sold. Any questions, please ask, Cheers, Rob Share this post Link to post
IBIFTKH 1369 Posted November 29, 2014 The Kamtec Bowler is still available, as are the SRB stinger and spare. And another Wild Willy body, this time a WW2. It's mainly new parts except the spare wheel and roll cage. The grille is a plastic aftermarket part, chunkier than the standard WW2 grille and of course has the 'correct' vertical slats. I've put a fair bit of time and effort into it so hopefully someone will be able to give it a good home :-)driver detailSoldAny questions, please ask.Cheers,Rob Share this post Link to post

Nobbi1977 1793 Posted December 18, 2014 These are great. Any chance of a how to thread? If I can 50% as good as these I would be over the moon Share this post Link to post
IBIFTKH 1369 Posted December 18, 2014 I could, but it probably wouldn't be as good as Fabrizio's guide here - http://www.tamiyaclub.com/willy.asp I usually spray the helmet first, then work on the face, but that's just personal preference (a blob a blu-tack is great for masking the face!). I'm not sure what brand of paint Fabrizio uses, mine are Games Workshop. If you want a list of colours or if there's any other way I can help, just give me a shout. Share this post Link to post

It was more how to use a gun (settings, pressures) and water down the paint etc I was interested in. It is a skill it would like to learn but I have not idea of a starting point.
