I am located in Dorset, England. I am after something I can restore and then run ideally so looking not looking to spend a fortune.

Whoever buys the blue one, please do a build thread! I feel bad for the poor thing and would love to watch it being brought back to its rightful glory.

(I have a soft spot for Manta Rays - a Manta was my first hobby-grade buggy.)
