Is it just me or has Jason stopped listing stuff. I did notice one item listed yesterday but everything else is now a month old. Can anyone shed any light on what is happening as he was one of the better sources of parts outside of the UK?

He also had 20% off as well & i missed it , by the time i got home

& was going to do a big buy of stuff it was finished :( .

I have been hoping for D parts tree for Boomerang & other stuff .

But nothing for a month . What to do :D ...

He's probably busy unpacking and breaking down a load of new kits ready to part out - he could be a good source for clod wheels n tyres !

Have you noticed that some of his listed items are 'Worldwide' and some 'Europe, America's, Asia, Australia,'? I have messaged him numerous times through the 'contact seller'

and even his website and asked him pretty please could he change to include NZ but no reply (or changed items) :(

This might sound a bit obvious but has anyone tried using Google translate when sending him a message ? Seems the problem might be the language barrier .

i love JR - great prices and lots of parts - but the last couple of orders were definitely on the slow side relative to past JR experiences. particularly it took a while to get a combined shipping invoice maybe a week or so i can't remember.

BUT he is a human being after all and who knows if he's got personal stuff going on. is he a 1 man shop? any helpers?

i've been fascinated by the fact that he's based in japan and does what he does. did he move there to do this stuff? or was he already there for other reasons? anyone know?

A lot of Australians take jobs in Japanese schools teaching english. I know another who did that and moonlighted with a RC drift store while he was there.

From what I have heard he is a Aussi married to a Japanese lady.

Don't know if he has any other job.

I just hope he gets a bucket load of Fox parts for us all. <_<

I hope he is back to listing again soon. I need to order new Sand Scorcher, Buggy Champ, Bruiser parts soon...also lunchbox and the list goes on....

At the moment his store has 3050 results found. Seems to be droping daily. If it gets to around 1500 i will panic.lol.

he lists loads of ther stuff like collectiable dolls / watches / cameras etc so it's just RC does not appear to be high priority / profit.

He still does RC, thank goodness. After a little bit of detective work I have discovered his new look website. I have just placed an order at his website. The tamiya parts I needed are only available at the website rather than on his traditional ebay store. Here is the link.

http://jasons-store.highwire.com/

I have received a couple of emails from Jason about the site. Very helpful guy. :)

Same service and combined shipping etc.. Just create an account and you are away. Paypal payment etc...

I signed up two days ago and had no problems. Using Firefox.

Ordered yesterday went through no worries. Takes a few days or so for dispatch no doubt. I can see my account details and order history etc...

Works Great!

That's good News , I know he had a web site B4 .

I think E-Bay is getting so hard & the cost going up etc .

That it's time to move on & we may find this happening more & more .

The only people to lose out is E-Bay & hope that brings them back in line .

He has a great name & can move on to a web site & that should

also drop the cost down . No E-Bay fees .
