  1. Reluctant sale of my 1/14th Tamiya Grand Hauler and Tanker Trailer. Bargain for someone. Grand Hauler built and painted as per box art. MFC03 light and sound kit fitted. Carson 6 channel radio included. Tamiya Tanker trailer with light kit and motorised leg kit fitted. £600 collected from Kent or East Sussex. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Made some progress, false wall hinged and electrics fitted. Wiring just needs tidying and it’s done. Griffin stickers arrived for the cab sides Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I have a Tanker trailer 56333 I want to sell to fund a low loader. Not sure if you’d be interested.
  4. Thank you for checking in Massive difference - no longer driving at warp speed!
  5. Carson Posion truck motor arrived yesterday along with the cranked steering arm. Both fitted and make a huge difference. Turning circle much improved and the scale speed is much better. More torque, less rpm. Been playing around with a false wall for the MFC-03 to fit on the back, enabling the cab interior to be fitted. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Picked up a Tamiya Scania in need of a repaint with mint tanker trailer. Full sounds and lights with the Tamiya MFC-03. Trailer has rear lights and coupler sounds etc. Had one of these years ago which I converted into a Dragon Wagon. Not doing that again Simple strip, rebuild and repaint on this with a new Carson Posion motor and steering upgrade. Colour has changed from red to grey. Metallic grey from Halfords and clear coated. Going to do a false wall to hide the electrics and for the interior next. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I’m sure I’ve seen this before, maybe on rcu or Facebook. Great looking tank
  8. The newer ones aren’t much better sadly and will break. Better off buying some metal ones, a new idler support system and bearing support for the sprocket.
  9. The second way you list is the ‘Tamiya’ way and what I’ve used since day one of RC tank school :) Heng Long drive the way you describe first. Centurion is a nice way to start with tanks!
  10. Oh yes! Pre ordered mine a while ago
  11. Reduced to £250 with no radio or receiver.
  12. That’s correct, It’s the latest full option - black nylon and brass gears, dmd and mf units and speaker etc.
  13. I havn’t yet but plan to this/next year. We are going to do Normandy again and do some of the stuff I missed a couple of years ago.
  14. Nice idea You may want to check out Forgebear tanks for some accessories. They do a tank crew for a Sherman and stowage etc. I’m not sure if M4 105mm howitzer rolled through Arnhem, the gun tanks for sure. My grandad was a para and dropped into Arnhem.
