  1. Update to the cars. I wanted to add the adjustment to the kit, by removing the fixed upper links with something that gave me adjustment with camber. I bought some TT-01 Turnbuckles Tie-rod Set OP-662. You will need 2 sets to do the front and rear of the car. It helped take the postive camber out of the front, I'm going to mod the front rods and shorten them more to be able to add more negative camber. For the rear they work great direct bolt on! Next addition is some different threaded shocks. These ones were free but aren't great the stock dampers were better so going to try the Yeah Racing units. 2. I really want to build one. My local hobby shop has a second still in stock so I be buying another shortly. I do like the Ta-02sw cars they have a charm to them and are great on the street.
  3. Got mine today ! It will be a nice addiction to my 2 TA-02Sw Original and re-release. I see people building there. From what I've seen these aren't nearly as nice as the 30th but still have some charm. I want to build it and play with it and the other part of be says keep it in box. or buy 2 Just got mine from Zoom Room here in Ontario Canada IMG_20161223_163546 by Dan b, on Flickr IMG_20161223_163603 by Dan b, on Flickr
  4. Got my 993 GT2 a new friend. Unsure if I'll open it and build it or buy a second to build IMG_20161223_163546 by Dan b, on Flickr
  5. My Rc on road collection went from 0-100 real fast. One side we have the Tamiyas Ta02sw, on the other side we have my Team associated Tc3s. super close to have 2 spare rollers just missing a few parts on one. IMG_20161122_2321059 by Dan b, on Flickr
  6. I remembered I had some spare paint and my Original body that was super beat put 2 and 2 together and this was the end result. When my Dad and I painted this the hobby store sold us the wrong paint so when the body flexed it flaked off now it made a cool pattern with the orange coming though the blue. 7. Both cars completed there first race! and did very well racing against brand new cars. -Gulf car took first place, I had few issues with steering and had to sort that out and spring rates, also put taller gearing the car really hooked up ! on the gym floor. -Taisan car came in 4th out of 8 also started in 8th. Not bad at all for the GF first time ever racing and she was running the car with stock motor and gearing vs cars with bushless and 15T motors in the novices class. She had one kid ram her and broke the steering but luckily I had spares and had her fixed up and out again! My biggest worry about racing these cars is the limited supply on parts and bodies. I have a spare body I will run my my GF but for my Car im going to convert it to a normal TA02 so I can run 200mm or 190mm body or even buy some new cars to race and keep these for just running on the street. They can hold there own with the much lighter team associated TC4 and TC6 cars, HPI sprint 2 people were running. IMG_20161105_1833486 by Dan b, on Flickr

  13. Parts came in today and more I have to pick up at the post office tomorrow! The car now has awd again with the front diff rebuilt, servo mounts are in and missing body mount. Only thing I forgot was the small brass ball end that goes on the servo and small threaded bar to make the steering work from my order but It will be on order soon and the car should be moving again ! after well over 10 years of being in a box Snapchat-3265129212631316911 by Dan b, on Flickr
