Hi All, I'm about to start on a HotShot rebuild and sourcing an original propeller shaft is difficult, has anybody replaced thes with 2 x MR16 Propeller joint (9808130) and 1 x MR17 Shaft (3450053) from the re-release? My guess is the chassis hasn't changed length so it should be a direct swap?? Thanks Dave

58445 - Toyota Land Cruiser 40 I've locks all the diffs - the front using some spares diff lock parts, works a treat but it doesn't tell you this in the manual, unlisted hopup? Also has a CR motor: When building 57701 I used [four] black and red rubber o-rings when fitting the front dog bones, but this only uses [two] them on the wheel cups, a little play, I may fit them - have other people found this? Colour - blue I think? ..and wheels - white look ok? Trailer - anybody know of a good kit for a trailer? ESC - it's a Tamiya 104 - when moving forward and then reverse, I've got brake first them reserve, setup issue? - may fit a different ESC - options? 54519 - RC Stroke Extension Link - CC01 - anybody used this upgrade? Turning circle of a battleship - I know the diffs are locked, but can this be improved?

I've been looking a video that was posted on TC a few maybe more years ago of three XC's off-roading in a jungle I think?, it ends with three grave stones - anybody have any ideas?, a link, ?? one of the XC had a metal-top body, the other 2 non-Tamiya

What pinion does it come with 16 or 20T? I can't find the front body mounts so I'm going to use D Parts from 58445 - Toyota Land Cruiser 40

I was looking at the Tamiya CR-tuned 35T motor to start with, but can't find a good review

I'm going to be rebuilding one of my XC's - current has a standard 27 turn motor but I was thinking about using a 35/45 or even a 55 turn motor - Also I believe I can still use the Tamiya TEU-110BK ESC ?? What combo do you run, coment welcome...

Thanks, Yes - front springs, I'll continue the build with the peg version, I would use the screw version but both are missing 1 lug for the Rough Rider front lights, so I'll build Scorcher with them, Cheers Dave

Hi, I'm building up a Rough Rider run and have a question about the Axle mounts Did the Rough Rider axle mounts all have screws and/or pegs for the torsion bar springs? I believe the Sand Scorcher was mixed with later editions having pegs, but was this true for both kits?

I've looking to fit N Parts (chrome parts mirror and light holders) & P Parts (lens) to the front grill of my 58028 - Toyota 4x4 pickup runner, But how much cutting will I need to complete?? - ideas please - ref pics would also be helpful
