Hi guy's

Just getting back into RC cars and have resurrected my original Wild Willy.

Can I put a ESC in my Willy (sounds poainful doesn't it)?

Can i still use the exsisting radio gear with a esc unit in the Willy?

thanks

hi it depends on what radio gear you are using i have found that esc dont work with vintage recievers so you may need to change the reciever and possibly the servo if it has the really big connectors that arnt compatible with modern recievers.
unofficially TC's youngest member, if only we could make it official.

Sure you can! All my WW have ESC inside, with great increase of battery duration and smooth riding.
A cheap ESC like the Tamiya Teu -101bk or Futaba MC 230CR will be perfect or anything you have already in hands.
As said by dazaa just ceck if your receiver can handle it.

Hope this help.

Bye
