Hi all,

In the process of restoring one of my Wild Ones'. Question is, do you all paint the driver figure from the inside or can it be done from the outside? I know it will be easier tp paint on the outside but do i still need to use polycarbonate paints?

Cheers.

Paint on the outside, use paints for Polycarbonate.
Then you will get the correct flat finish, and as you say, it is much easier.
Helmet should be painted in normal paint, glossy if you like :-)

Correct  This driver is painted that way , base coated in polycarb ,and overpainted with acrylic details - glossed crash helmet - acrylic face paints
