Seem ok, probably need heavier oil than CVAs, I think the pistons allow a bit more bypass inside the cylinders, the blue and gold springs are pretty heavy aswell, but good for the price" Hay " That look's Fantastic , WOW what a shock set .
What are they like ? .

A few parts from everywhere, some delivered here and some to the LHS after ordering them last week.
New shocks for the TT and TA
HPI impreza body for the TA
20 t pinions for the Vanning'
The antenna covers, deans plugs and mini bodies were impulse buys for the minis
Last but not least was the end to my quest. 2 kyosho sprockets for the vanning

It's supposed to rain all weekend so a good time for everything to show up

Got my order from Stella today. the packaging is just unbelievable. It looks almost like I'm opening a Tamiya kit. Everything is bubble wrapped and each item placed in layers and taped to the box so everything is held firmly in place. There's even a strip of card board on top layer so if you cut the box open, the knife will not cut into the parts. Heck I wish Stella did my packaging for the "egg in the box" drop contest in high school I could have won LOL. Thanks Stella!
I ordered some touring sedan cockpit set, LTW Avante wheels/tires, LT motor and tools.

These came for my Black Special

Can't decide if I'm going to smoke the whole car, not just the rear wing. Think that might look quite cool to be able to see the chassis underneath.
Getting impatient right now - I've got a Losi 8ight RTR and a complete brand spankers DB01R race setup taking ages to arrive from Ebay.

I've not bothered reporting on all my other stuff but, although I know it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, this is the first brand new Tamiya product I ever had delivered (bought a new Grasshopper II at a LHS once) with a box and instructions and everything. It's (mostly) for Frankenscorcher.

A tidy haul for me this week!!!

This is 2nd hand from ebay - description failed to mention the steering servo was knackered. I thought something was up as it arrived still with fuel in the tank - why would you stop using mid tank I ask?

Started OK after a bit of fiddling - highly amusing as I didn't expect it to start and it fired up on the dining room table. The gaffer was not amused
Haven't decided if I'm going to keep it though. Might bite the bullet and go for a new roller kit.
Also should have a JUN Hornet arrive later today. Tucking it away in work until November for my daughters birthday.
