Hi all, seem to be having trouble getting shoe goo or fender mender over here in the UK, what has happened to it? and is there anything else out there that will do the job?
Thanks

Fender Mender is no more, the problem is the chemicals in it prevent Racers Choice making it any more. sad.gif

Shoe Goo is available everywhere there is a decent sports shoe shop.
A quick online search will throw up many web retailers.

I bought some shoe goo about 6 months or so ago on ebay - there were quite a few sellers stocking it if I remember. Use in a well ventilated area though - its pungent stuff!!!!

I used to use a lot of Fender Mender but you can't get it in the UK now. Evo Stick Serious Glue is pretty good, you can get it from Tesco and most DIY stores. It's not quite as rubbery as Fender Mender, but pretty good, and it doesn't smell at all. It's also pretty tough, I have used it to stick racing packs together for my touring car (I used to use Fender Mender) and so far it's held tight and strong and flexible enough to withstand the force of my frequent crashing smile.gif
