Hi guys and girls, I thought I'd open up a thread to let everyone know about the meets organised on the south coast and surrounding areas. Please feel free to use this thread to ask questions relating to directions, dates and what to run etc.

The last meet was very sucssesfull (see pics here: http://www.tamiyaclu...a...7&sid=21920 and here:http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=74823&sid=2731)

Here is a google map of the site:

http://maps.google.c...e...&iwloc=addr

The next meet I'm trying to organise Will be on the following Bank Holiday Sunday 25th May at this location:

http://maps.google.c...e...mp;t=h&z=15

As being a bank holiday will be quite busy, but offers rocks, beaches, mud, tarmac, dunes the lot! Ideal for your Sand Scorchers, dune buggies and tanks

Just for an Idea Scale stuff (crawlers trucks etc) are very welcome, Vintage too. Not really suitable for faster stuff and nitro/ petrol as most of the sites we run are nature reserves!

Let me know If you're interested and feel free to post up your pics/ links to bashes attended.

Cheers all and enjoy the sunshine

Ryan

Oh, nice place to live! Can you settle an argument then? Is it pronounced "mewed-fud" or "mewdy-fud"?

Is that your beach hut then Ryan, the one pictured - we'll be alright if it rains - get the kettle on ;-)

Blimey, you like your walks from the car park. After climbing that mountain last week with my HPI hauler bag full of cars dragging behind me (still need to fit that brake !!) what's this one - about an hour's walk from the car park !! I know, I'm such a fat old lazy ar$e.

Maybe I'll just bring my Mini-Baja, a kite and a bucket and spade and forget the Gmade Spider lol

LOL! Due to the fact it's a bank holiday and a bit of a trek (if the weather is nice) might not even be able to park that close. Might have a little re-think over the next few days...

Wouls't be all that bad to go back to base camp on the top of that mountain :)
