The Jeep re-release notification was a system generated 'form' with blanks to fill in as necessary.
The comp removal notification was a 'contact a member' email sent through the showroom link.

There's no system generated 'comp-removal' form yet, but it's already on Chris's to-do list.

There's no pre-notice given as there's no point - the outcome is the same - the entry doesn't comply with the rules and will be removed.
The last 'walk round' for non-conforming entries is done a couple of days days before the entries closed, not on the closing day or after it.

Piddle - Ive done it again lol, it seems by not following the proper 'where to put the title' bit ive not been entered in yet another comp

There's no reason your entry would have been removed. Most likely reason is that it wasn't actually entered. When you click on the 'enter the competition' link on the showroom page it takes you to the rules for you to read and agree to. The important bit - this doesn't enter you into the competition. You have to go back to the showroom entry and as you have now agreed to the competition rules you can now enter it into the competition.

I've done it myself a couple of times as well, so now I always check to make sure my entry is on the competition page to confirm it has been entered.
