Ok I got me a Slash I got it cheap as it had no motor or esc with it
Not really a problem as I have a spare esc and 15t brushed motor laying about
I'm thinking trying an 18t pinion but what I need to know is will Tamiya pinions fit
the packet said something about them being AV pinions ????
So like I say will these pinions fit or not??

This would depend on which Tamiya your talking about. The Slash should have a 48P spur. Besides the DB01 I'm not sure what other Tamiya kits use 48P. I do know the M-series cars do not though.
I'm not sure what kind of motor you have but I believe the stock setup for the Slash uses a 21T and comes with a 23T as an option for the stock Titan 12T.
