Only the holes for the rear suspension can be "recycled" if you put a Scania cab on a King Hauler (or other US-truck) chassis.. And this does NOT include the mounts for the rear fenders, as the US-types only have "half-fenders".. Servos, front and rear bumpermounts, cab mount and floorboards, tanks, sidepanels, fenders, gearbox and front suspension are all mounted in different locations on the chassis on the euro-style trucks compared to the US-ones.
However, if you can borrow a set of frame rails from a Scania, you are able to drill new holes in your KH-chassis, using the Scania-rails as templates, or with a little bit of measuring, you are also able to find the locations for the new holes without using a template, but a direct cab-swap is not possible.. Some "fiddling" is needed.
Cheers..
