He doesn't look very sick and frail in these pics. B)

That might not be him, it might be an old pic or it might be before whatever misfortune is preventing him shipping.

If he's unable to ship previous items, why is he posting more auctions? :)

The name sounded familiar, so I had a look through the history on my watch list.

Found some of the items he had listed.
I remember he had a LOT of great cars/NIBs for sale.

The excuses he has given are pretty frail.

He says he won't give matman his cars because he left him negative feedback about not getting his cars?

I found nothing in the message that was intimidating, or could be construed as bullying.

Yes I remember these auctions also, had a heap of stuff, all looked really good.

It really annoy's me about excuses, if you cant complete a transaction, dont start one, I had a similar (although way less significant) event when selling an item, and for over a week, didn't hear from the buyer, opened a dispute and low and behold, item was paid for, it just annoys me

It seems that he still has the items in question and has admitted this.
This is FRAUD.

If you funded Paypal with your credit card you can complete a charge back via the credit card company (if it is within the time limits for the credit card - usually 60 days).
The credit card company will then refund you directly and then try to get the money out of Paypal. You might have to provide evidence that you have not received the goods/service that the payment was for, so keep all correspondence with the seller and make notes of any phone conversations with dates and times.

If this doesn't work I would go down the line of contacting the police and seeing what can be done.

Yup I would go to the cops as well ,this is fraud plain and simple .

A paper trail of sorts has been left.

Lesson learnt ,never close a paypal dispute until you recieve the goods .

There is noway on the planet retardo that I would let this go if it were me !!!

Good to see you have received one of the cars.

If he was able to send one, why not all of them?

:) Still waiting on more stuff as he is still playing games i think . Tells me he is sending some then still nothing .
I will have to ask him again & see what is going on . Then i will have to go to the cops . As i have talked to them
a few weeks / months now ago . I have to take a M8 over to court on Thursday to get his car back etc .
So i will ask there as well & his lawyer as well if i can . As i have enough stuff to make a case , all emails, text's
P.O has backed me up & paypal payments etc .
As this is getting way out of hand

It's a shame things like this happen occasionally but it just goes to show you do have to be on your guard. Of course there are many good, honest people out there but these few bad apples spoil it for the rest.

I do find it odd that he can post some but not all? I mean, if he is making the trip to the post office why not just pack all of yours kits up and send as one?? Very strange.

Glad you are getting them.. I know Shipping from US to Australia is pretty slow, well, shipping ANYWHERE lately has gotten slower from my perception. I used to buy things or ship them coast to coast here in US it used to be 5 days coast to coast.. Now it is 8 days average. I shipped from US a car part to Australia and it was about 3 weeks until my buddy got it (fairly small package as well).. I shipped one from California to Crappone France and It was about 20 days until reception.

If it is local stuff. Seller procrastination is a poor excuse.. 2 days Time it should be on it's way (1 day packing, next day shipping)..

I'm glad things are coming in.. I see some of the horror tales here and it's just uncalled for and makes selling/buying a scary ordeal.. From what I read TRADING is out of the question lol.. seems like a lot of sending and not a lot of receiving on the trade deals (on URC at least).

This is not cool. Perth - Melbourne return tickets are going cheap. The satifaction of ringing his door bell would be worth every penny.
