Are Super Dictators the same size as Orig Dictator?

Is the Super Dictator the same size as the original Dictator?

I'm looking for spare parts (or whole cars) for my orig Dictator and the Super Dictator looks like it's the same (other than the body and some other cosmetic pieces). But, the box on the Super Dictator says 1/8 scale, whereas the Dictator is 1/10. Anyone know if the parts are interchangeable?

I've had both, just not at the same time. And from what I can tell they are the same, besides the tire size and body. I belive the size of the tires change the scale. I've not sure, but the gearing might be different to compensate the larger tire dia.
