I know the overall length for the Fox Shocks are 3" but I'm having trouble finding options that work.

I know others have done this, so I'm looking for suggestions. Can someone suggest aftermarket shocks that fir the Fox?

i put an alloy shock off a nitro buggy i scrapped on the front of my boomerang .. pretty much the same thing as a fox , and a pair of alloy a/m racing shocks on the rear .. i used lighter oil and softer a spring on the front shock . they work great ..

Hey man,

I'm using RTR B4.1 blue shocks with 5mm limiters(piece of vacuum hose) inside so the arms don't hang low and pop my dogbones out. Need to run 50 weight oil though coz of the weight of the car.

Take a look here,i have used them on my Fox.They work fine,quality is good.

I have also used  dampers from Yeah racing,but to be honest they're way to hard and dont really work fine.
