Nice find!
I would keep that as a shelf queen b/c replacing parts for it would be a nightmare
Again - nice!

Gorgeous. I used to have one as a shelf queen.... I decided to get back into racing, so I sold it and picked up a TRF416WE.
I still think it was the best of the TA series. I don't think the TA05 and TA06 are as stunning.

A very well-presented car! I was looking for a TA-04 since I wanted the Loctite Zexel GT-R, but would have never picked up something this nice...
No exception to it being a shelf queen; this car deserves it!

I bet all the hop ups costs more than the kit itself, or almost as much. Many years ago I did it with a M-02 L kit with every hop ups I can get my hands on. Ti screws, carbon shaft, adj. turnbuckles, tires, quick bat. release, sway bars....the whole 9 yards, was a real gem. I did run her hard and everything held up, but when I sold her several years later thinking I should get good money back because the 02 chassis is no longer available along with all the hop ups. Well, I only got $50.00 for her
.
I can relate to why your trophy car is destant to be a shelve queen, but with all her potentials she is meant to be driven. Who knows maybe after seating on the shelve for a while you may decide to let her rip. The road rash will hurt at first, but you'll get over it.Or if you are an excellent RC operator or run her at the biggest parking lot, the only part will wear out are the tires.
