I have seen a lot of threads reccomending this charger and with the new relaxed rules regarding e-bay links I thought I would ask if this is a bargain or a cheap imitation?

I see U.K sellers asking for £30 for this set up whereas this is £14 for the charger and £5 for the power pack with a U.K plug. (including postage)

I might use a different seller with better feedback though?

I had one before moving upto the B8, great value charger imo, there are alot of clones out there. on the power supply front the little laptop type psu struggles to supply the juice and gets very hot.

Thanks Hotshotboy, so the links I posted would be o.k?

@Tamiya Monkey, so the power adapter link is a bad one to go for?

My charger is on the way, am I ready to go lipo?

Do I need one of the fire safe charging bags?

Are these lipos o.k for car use?

They'll be fine for car use so long as they will fit in whatever your going to use them in . Re the charge bag - dont bother . Just get a old ammo box . You can pick them up from Car boot sales for about £5 . Far safer IMO if and i do mean IF you have a fire . In fairness its a very slight chance . With a hardcase pack it would have to have had serious abuse .
