Does anyone know who makes 'Brushed ESC with lipo cut-off/LVD' besides 'Traxxas'?

Not a problem . You can buy a add on lipo cut off advice from evil bay that will fit brushed ESC,s . Try Hobbyking

The latest mtroniks / modelsport units have voltage cut off - just make sure you buy the correct version as older variants are still for sale
History for last 30 months.. bought too many, not sold enough - current stable 46 EEK

Ive started swapping out my brushed esc's with the modelsport rv12 assault unit http://www.modelspor...-products/37403 waterproof, 12turn limit and great warranty.
