Hello,

About 10 years ago, when I saved a Blackfoot from a dumpster, it had these Shock Mounts on them (circled red in the picture).

I just want to know if someone here recognizes them and can tell me if they are any good.

I converted my BF back to stock. This picture is taken from an ebay auction, so this is not mine.

They're from JG Manufacturing. I have 2 trucks with them on. And yes, they're very good. Much stronger than stock and fix the shock angle in the rear.

Thanks for the answer.

Another question:
My blackfoot came with the JG Front Shockmount and the Stock front mount both assembled on the truck. Is this the right way to use it ?
(I hope you understand what I mean)

It re-uses the stock front body mount, yes. Though I seem to remember an aftermarket front mount back in the day, not sure if it was from JG or someone else. In the rear, there's a Kydex cross-brace between the shock towers (not shown in the photo you posted above) that has holes for standard body posts. Mine both have short RC10-style body posts for the rear. If you look in the Monster Trucks section, there's a thread on my Blackfoots that includes photos of the JG shock towers installed.
