Hello,
I've recently aquired an old Bigwig & after being told by the previous owner "It's mint & just needs a battery" I've found out the whole speed controller & arm assembly is no good. I've found a replacement arm on ebay but I'm struggling to find the plate section(Part No 50292 I believe)
Any ideas where I could pick one up or is there a more modern version that will work instead? Any help or info greatly appreciated.
I'm pretty new at this so forgive me if there is an obvious answer to this...
Cheers,
Dill

Best answer is to ditch the whole set up & buy a ESC.

One little box that does it all. No servo, linkages, wiper , resistors & less wires.

I just bought a great little esc with reverse & brakes for $16.00 posted and will go down to a 13t motor.

You will never look back & love the little gizmo.
Vintage all the way!!!!!!

If you want to run the car, I'd go with MAD RACER's suggestion.
A shelfer would deserve the original setup...
In that case, which bit are you looking for exactly - the resistor plate?

Hi,
Thanks for the replies, yeah, I got it running using an ESC... No need to keep it original as its used and abused,I didn't get it to put on a shelf ;0)

Thanks again guys,
Dill
