Ok , rite now Im focusing on the radio setup . In the instructions for the 3 speeds it says a four channel three servo radio . Whats the difference from that and just a three channel three servo radio ? What would be a good radio of choice but not overpriced that I can get easily here in the states ( preferably a Futaba ) ? Is the drawing for the shift gate in the manuals section on this site to scale and if not can someone send me a scale drawing or just give me the dimentions for the shift gate ( preferably in inches ) .... Thanks again for any input [:D]

I suppose a 3-channel 3-servo radio would work but you need...
1 proportional channel for steering
1 proportional channel for the speedo(or an esc)
for the shifting you would need a channel which has 3 positions so the servo horn could be(looking from above the servo) full left, neutral or full right, so something like a Traxxas TQ 3 channel TX wouldn't be any good as the 3rd channel is only a 2 position!!
(though it is possible to convert them to a 3 position switch)
HTH!!
I was fatboyslim way before that cr*p dj from Hull!!

Its not sold in the UK as far as I know, but as the 27MHz band is legal in the UK you can get it from the US.
