Fellas,
A little while ago I asked on the forums about an all steel set-up that I saw in a couple Falcons in the showrooms here at the Tamiyaclub. I just wanted to thank everyone who took the time to help me find out about the steel set-up known as a the Thorp set-up for The Falcon. I have in my posession a complete set-up of Thorp Inputs, Outputs and Dog Bones for my Falcon.
Before I put them into my original Falcon from 1986 that I got when I was 15 years old I am going to show my buddy who is a millwright and see if I can reproduce them so we can get them out to everyone who needs them or wants them.
Also I just found three Frog Diff set-ups made by Thorp Manufacturing. I am going to send one to my buddy Alex so that means I have two left over. If you want them e-mail me at ironhorseman1340@hotmail.com and I will sell each set-up for 65.00
I think they fit many different models that are based on the Frog chasis.

Jason, before you run any of these old thorp diffs I would like to offer a little advice. The grease they used goes bad over the years and becomes a bit "pasty" to say the least. Before you install one of these, take it apart and clean out that old grease-even if they are brand new and replace it with fresh grease. Will make a world of differance once you run your car.

Don't forget that the are some differences in the stack up length of the bearing thrust plates. I have three diffs, each of the plates are different lengths, but all use the same dog bone style universals. Hope this helps and does not confuse anyone further.
