First up is a Mardave Apache with Kamtec Baja shell - £40

 

  A vintage Mardave Apache in fair condition, the rear universals (rubber joints) are perished.. you can still get them from Mardave or replace them with Tamiya SRB universal joints.

THe bodyshell has been cut out and mounted to the chassis.

Mardave Cobra - £60

 

Nice condition Cobra fitted with a novak reversible esc, Futaba Attack transmitter, servo. All needed to get running is batteries for transmitter and a battery for buggy. Nice paintwork on shell but no wing. Some spares.

Lastly a Tamiya Truck middle axle - £25

 

Was initially from a Globe Liner, but will fit any truck. It is ballraced and includes the mounting brackets for suspension.

After a year of running it with all chrome blacked out and a dark blue colour scheme I fancied a change. This is how it looked



A few months back I stripped it all back to parts, and set out on changing things. I planned to get new chrome parts but that was really expensive and then I found a place near me that does this chroming technique that is close to a paint type application but has an amazing finish (you will see as soon as I get them all back.) I also got him to paint the cab and chassis for me in Kawasaki green (he is doing something special for me on the cab itself, more about that at a later date.

The chassis was lengthened by 6inch using an aluminium extension sourced from PMD (gardentrucking.com)


I painted the gearbox halves in silver as I think it looks better


The tanks, grille, front bumper and 5th wheel are all in aluminium.


Once all together this is how it is looking at the moment, its as much as I can do till I get cab and chrome back.

A few bits n bobs on ebay.. 2 transmitters with recievers and an rc bike.

Having a bit of a clearout...

1st my Venom GPV with a losi 5000kv brushless system, some sensible hopups including the crashback front end and nylon crash bars. Hardly used. £120 including postage in UK.

2nd.Futaba FF3 with receiver... excellent transmitter although a fair few years old now with a Futaba R114f reciever. A little scruffy and ideally the battery pack could do with replacing (just an 8 AA cell pack) I will include one set of crystals.£45 including postage

3rd Futaba 3vc - Futaba 3vc transmitter with an additional CamPac for extra model memory already fitted. In ok condition, not perfect (switch stem broken on sw2) included is a Futaba r114f receiver and a set of crystals.  £65 including postage in UK


4th Cirrus 40fm receivers,  I have 9 Cirrus receivers for sale at £5 each plus postage or £40 for all 9 including postage (plus I will include another that just needs an aerial wire soldering to board - I will include wire)

They are all working, most have tape round them as the cases tend to pop apart but this doesnt affect how they work.. some have part of case missing


5th Futaba FP-R103f Reciever in good condition (heatshrink is just to hold case together) £10 plus postage.
