Kent Rockwell...Nikon and ebay advise

My other money pit is now DSLR and came across reviews for cameras and lenses pretty well for any makes and models where Kent or Ken Rockwell has a very extensive web just like TC. If is consider nikon or canon, his web site is worth looking into. He also has a very good section for ebay from seller and buyer perspective for the does and don'ts. He does other reviews and has a wealth of info should one be interested. ....for every visit by TC members to his site , I get $0.50....just kidding:-D But watch our you may spend a ton of money if you are into lenses after you purchased a DSLR, you have been warned.

3D Printer to Real Firing Gun

Figured is a matter of time before someone would work out the blue print for a 3d printer for making a real gun. The kicker is this likely NRA backed wack job is offering the process for free through the web. I guess Chris Rock is right if bullet cost $1000.00 a around, gun control will no lt be an issue. Seems like freedom and rights are at the expense of someone elses life.

I thought axial scx10 was good, but the twin hammer seems to be even better. What has Tamiya done? I see a twin hammer hidding in my closet, than a rere bruiser. My loyality towards Tamiya has its limits.

Just visited Kyosho website and found out one can down load all of Kysoho catalogue free of charge. Tamiya or the LHS makes you pay for the hard copy, which is like paying to see their advertising. :angry:

If I am a diehard fan I don't mind, but money is hard to come by and I don't want to be paying for something that you want me to buy. I understand there is a cost to printing. Thank haven for internet.

BTW kysoho new 1:8 looks amazing.

Like most regulars, I have been following various built and made comments and watch the videos on youtube. At times, for the off road runners from Jeeps to buggies or the big rigs with the interior all nicely and very detail fitted out, I vision myself inside the RC driving, bouncing around the trails and along river beds. I guess that is why I am "1/10" :lol:

Kind of like going to an art gallery and getting lost inside a painting.
