Hi guys, Well then I got this old beast off a friend of my dads 8 years ago, He was going to chuck it away but my dad took it off his hands  
I think the poor old girl has seen better days but still works pretty well, my german sheppard loves chasing it around the garden and it is rather fast lol
The overall look of it is pretty poor and can do with a bit of TLC.

I have never worked on anything like this so, it would be nice for any help you guys can give me, I just don't know where to start with it so if you can point me in the rite direction that would be helpful  
It needs a new body as it didn't have one in the first place, I'd like to find out how old it is but haven't a clue, maybe you guys will be able to tell by the pictures.

Hi there people

I wonder if anybody can help me, I have a 1988 Tamiya Thunder Shot & a vintage clod buster, The clod buster has no shell or box, all I have is the unit,remote & batteries.

The Thunder Shot has everything complete, I went into my local rc shop today to buy a nut for one of the wheels for the clod buster, I was shocked how much they was lol lol I told him what it was for and he asked if it was an early model, which it is & he said they are worth a lot of money ie up to a £1000

He also said that the Thunder Shot was worth a bit too   so I thought I'd join up here too see if there is any truth in what he said as I'd bet you guys would know   I've had these for years and love them, but if they are worth a pretty penny I'd happily sell them to a keen collector as there just sitting in my dads shed gathering dust haha

If there worth nothing I'll keep them, but I just thought I'd find out Thanks for your time Chris
