I have got my work area ready to go for my next build and I'll have one of the neighborhood kids coming over today to start the build with me. The table has looked like this for a week now, and I finally have time to build! So excited and I think Parker, the teen who's going to help is even more so!

I'm sure you will injoy the build as much as the rest of us Tamiya nut'z have .
I would like to build another one , as it was that much fun & satisfaction .

If i wanted to go , It would take me two or so days to get to Boondall .
Takes me about 3 1/2 hours to get to perth , We are lucky
with 110 kph speed LTD .
Gee what we would do , Just to race Vintage RC . .

I have never seen one blow up etc .
I have had them for some time now & are fine .
They are SO much better than nimhs & last .
The punch & the better power is amazing .
If you put in a lipo in your car , It's like putting in a upgraded
motor .

Wow. I'm just learning about the Fox re-release.

For the last three weeks I've seen an unusual quantity of Fox buggies and parts for sale in secondhand markets (namely eBay) so that shows some people already knew about Tamiya re-releasing it.

Would you guys consider that a sign of official information leaking?

Myself, I'm not particularly excited about this model, but I'm very happy for the (many) Fox fans among us!

No!! , As i have seen blackfoots pour in & other cars of late . I'm sure the ones that keeped them just for
the money , Now know that they can no longer , As a re re can come anytime & kill it .
So only the true collectors will keep them . I did see $999. NIB fox & it went on sale for $799. after
the re re news of the fox .  
I think people will poor the fox's on the market soon , more than we have seen .  NIB , shelf queens
will be coming , As the sellers find out about the re re & sell it .
So NOW i will cash in & hope to get a NIB The Fox vintage woohoo .  Not for some mega $$$ price .
So happy , about this & the re re .

I'm so happy , I'm doing back flips . Not good at my age .
I was thinking the price maybe higher than some of the other re re's ,
As this is a one use chassis only . I don't care what the price is ,
I WILL be buying a few & alot of spears of my favourte 2wd car .

& As above , It was a typo .  I didn't put ENDS on it .

Took the day off work and went racing with a few mates. Just got back from a ball of fun. We're soaked as are the buggies because it started to bucket down. This turned the clay/dirt track into a bit of a mess, our shenanigans not really helping much. In the end my mini pins were overwhelmed by the slippery surface and we were too close to the end to swap in the full spikes.

The 511 handled like a champ although I noted a few things to look in to. And I've set myself up for a mammoth cleaning job... oh boy.

And just now... whilst rushing to close the door as hail started to fall (mid-post) I've just jammed my thumb so badly the nail went entirely black in less than 5 mins. Hurts like badword.

You may have to put a hole in your nail to relieve the blood , If it really swells up .
Burn a needle to red hot & put that through the nail & bang relieve .
Had to do that years back , Man i thought that my finger was going to blow up .

you seen the price of lemans motors

I might even use a Losi shell on the Optima for a different look..

That gear box is a great idea , as i found that it is fast . Even with a rc4wd 35 turn motor in it .

I should get my CC-01 out again & finnish it . Got $200. in body & roof rack set up .....
