I'm interested in everything RC but especially like Tamiya as they are one of the few manufacturers that enable you to build your kit- this is the most rewarding time for me.
I have a bunch of ongoing projects all Tamiya based like a an original mini, drift project and touring car and some other stuff that I am aiming to improve the look and performance such as my Twin Hammers, Axial SCX10 and Losi Mini 8eight.
I've got two kids that I am gradually introducing to the hobby; my eldest who is 7 has a Re re Brat and a Losi Mini Baja (currently in bits). The youngest despite only being 2 wants to 'drive' so I'll be on the lookout for something indestructable over the coming months.
I live near the beach so sand and dunes are the order of the day (cleaning them afterwards is a pain though!)
I'm happy to meet anyone locally for a meet just drop me a line and I'll see what I can do.
