My first Tamiya was the Manta Ray when it was all new on the market. Than as a teenager I used to drive serveral Tamiya cars at the Swiss Tamiya Eurocup challenge.I started in 1993 with a Renault Williams F1, later I changed to a Mondeo and Clio FWD and finally I got to the modified 4WD-Touringcars (TA03 Pro). Then I sold everything - but the Tamiyavirus survived inside myself. It's two or three years ago when this virus broke out and now I'm collecting old Tamiya cars with great pleasure :-)
