Now age 39, I was introduced to Tamiyas back in 1986, when I got a Boomerang for Christmas - this was raced indoors at my local club, and I still have it.
After a break from the hobby, got the bug again about ten years back and rebuilt my old race car with the help of eBay...then built a new Boomerang....then a Hotshot....and it's kind of snowballed since then....!
My collection started out as all vintage 4WD, but now includes many others including SRB's, Foxes, a Monster Beetle, Lancia 037s (both) , and Wild Willys amongst others...
Currently working on about seven vintage restos...!
