Hello, my name is Uwe, aged 40 and I am one of the early Tamiyaclub members. I am still fascinated by Tamiya and stuff, but I'm also fond of running, wintersports and outdoor activities. I try to combine this whenever possible. What I also like are dunes, so it's quite possible that I'll post some pictures of buggies in??? Dunes, yes that's right!
My interest has weakend to post new pictures because it's nothing special anymore to post good action pictures. In 2002 or 2003, I felt like a king when I could present some low perspective pictures with that slight motion blurness, but today? Repetition and repetition.... I try to escape from that.
OK, I am still looking for better and better pictures but compared to the time back in '03 it's very hard to take pictures that eclipse older ones because we have seen it all. I think many Tamiyaclub friends feel like this. Some more, some less. They ask themselves, what comes next? Some have sadly quit Tamiyaclub completely. Well, that's not me.
Would'nt it be nice to have an international Tamiyaclub meeting?
