bossgrabber1970: Gearbox cover for txt-1 brushless conversion
thanks for the comment origine, i hope this mod helps when someone wants to do a conversion without leaving the gearbox exposed to rocks and dirt. @ mad- thanks for the comment and as for the brushless system, the motor is a 9xl 550 size with a 1/8 inch shaft that can handle a 3s lipo when i decide to make the truck go faster. the speed controller is a kershaw design gen 2.1 xc-100a that can handle 100a of continuous current and up to 4s lipo. i got the combo for under $100 and so far it's been an excellent purchase. the website is www.kershawdesigns.com and they also do 1/5 scale electric conversions if interested.

Capsule: 1971 plymouth roadrunner pt.6
i was following this build and i have to say i'm super impressed!!! if you want to sell this car to other members it wouldn't be a problem because you were logging the build process and photgraphing the procgress, this is considered a home built project without the use of actual chrysler engineering drawings or specific body dimensions. there are no copyright issues unless you sell it as a 71 plymouth roadrunner then you are using their name without permission. there's a u.s. company called pegasus hobbies that makes a 1970 mustang mach1 body and a 70 camaro body but they don't use the actual names because of the copyright. hope this helps you out and if you decide to make extra copies, put me down for 1.
