description  The Yard, Boot and Garage, Sales have been good to me this year, a few months back my Dad found me a Rough Rider for $10 and this morning the thrifty gods smiled on me as I pulled into a yard sale I could see these two all to familiar trucks from my car and was hoping they would be priced right. I didn't even dicker on the price he was asking $20 for black one and $15 for yellow so I said sold without even much inspection lol! I guess I got two original Clods in near working condition, they are very dusty but don't look overly abused so I suspect I'll just clean them up and put them on the shelf to restore later this coming winter I never get sick of having clods and the ease of parts availability makes restos nearly painless for impatient people like me

lol, thanks guys, Yes I was planning to buy another Super Clod but this works out better since the licensed Chevy Tailgate make a big difference to me, but I'll likely replace many of the worn parts with super clod pieces.

Great find! If I remember correctly, I read in another post not long ago that you currently didn't have a Clod in your collection, but probably would get a new one at some point in the future...well now you have two of them...LOL! Blow them with an airgun, and off you go!

Well, what a find. I hope to find something in a yard sale soon. Since noone else has said it, the front tires on the black one are wrong way around. Just had to say it.

Thanks guys, I've inspected them more throughly and aside from both having cracked chassis tubs they are in great shape. needing only a tear down and rebuild with bearings and a few small parts I already have somewhere. I like the yellow also and will likely keep it or at least restore it in the same color, and do other one in boxart or maybe a custom beater look.
