As a different twist on the Sand Scorcher, I decided to do a 'Van Scorcher'. Took a VW Bus body from Maisto and graft it to a Sand Scorcher chassis. There's an internal cage, interior and other detail bits. Probably keep noodling here and there with details but it's pretty much completed. Thanks for looking!!!

This is very good work on the body, but to be honest I'm not a fan of the wheel offset. Also I would love to see a pic of the cars front.

This takes me back 30 odd years to a beach on our Kwa-Zulu Natal North coast, Sodwana bay. There where so many Combis like this running on the beach then. You even have the rust runs down exactly like I can remember them on that rear door. This is one fantastic looking build. All the accolades speaks volumes of this build.
