ControlFreax Metro Body
Well spent a fair bit of time on this Metro shell trying to get it to fit my Tao2 chassis today, think it took me longer to cut the rear spoiler out than it did the body, there are no instructions and no cut lines on the spoiler so you just have to make it up as you go along. The body itself is a little too wide and with the rear toe in on the Tao2 chassis looks bad, can I change the toe in on the rear wheels ? maybe I could warm the body up and pull the sides in, any of you guys out there done this on the TAO2 chassis? help me out ?
Happy new year :-)

Try wheels with 6 mm offset
bossgrabber1970
you can use the ta02w/hummer/tl01b front uprights to extend the front wheels out and if possible find the 12mm front hex wheel adapters from a traxxas stampede and use them in the back to extend the rear wheels out. if the length is too long, you can always shave some off. hope this helps you out with your project

Looking good so far, I wouldn't recommend heating the shell up tho, too difficult to get consistent heat whilst holding form and making changes, it will get pear shaped and you'll swear!

I`ve got mine sitting nicely on a tt01 chassis with some 10mm offset speedway pal wheels,
