Hi got a CC01 land cruiser for Xmas, put it all together and up the woods. I was very disappointed so went straight home to fit diff lock only to find the rear diff had come apart! so in went the locker and back to the woods and not much better, at this point I was about to shorten the wheel base and turn it into a pumpkin.
looked on line and found RC planet doing 1.9 wheels, tyres and foam so ordered them up, I looked at diff lock ideas on this site and decided to use planet gears to lock one diff and use diff locker to lock the other.
front diff can only be locked by plastic lock kit provided and rear diff would allow plant gear option so put it all back together thread locked the rear diff and had a play in the garden, what a difference the combination of locked diff's and better tyres has made this truck a true scale crawler.

Before I put it together I had sourced bearings, shocks, CR35 motor, winch, no limit quake ESC and Hex metal geared servo for steering.

Managed to obtain cheep 3 channel radio, im using channel 3 and a pico relay to turn lights on.
When I first wired it all up I thought I could be clever and some how shorted out winch control and ESC,
both were fried so I am now using the stock ESC supplied with kit and a DPDT toggle switch to make winch work.

finished 3 racing winch -RC plannet wheels, tyres and foams -DPDT toggel switch for winch control -Pico relay on channel 3 to make lights work
